Since we provide digital services (TTS credits and voice generation), all sales are generally considered final. However, we offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Valid Refund Reasons

  • Technical issues preventing you from using purchased credits for more than 48 hours
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Service outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours
  • Significant quality issues with voice generation that cannot be resolved
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Credits that have been successfully used for voice generation
  • Dissatisfaction with voice quality after successful generation
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use credits before expiration (if applicable)
  • Account suspension due to terms of service violations

3. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Requests submitted after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be eligible for refund.

  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
