  • Commercial usage rights for generated content

2. Service Availability

2.1 Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain 99.5% service uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance when possible.

2.2 Service Limitations

  • Processing time varies based on text length and queue size
  • Maximum text input of 100,000 characters per request
  • Voice cloning requires minimum 10 seconds of clear audio
  • Generated audio files expire after 30 days if not downloaded

3. Credit System

3.1 Credit Usage

Our services operate on a credit-based system:

  • 1 credit = 1 character of text processed
  • Voice cloning costs additional credits based on processing time
  • Failed generations are not charged credits
  • Credits are deducted only upon successful completion

3.2 Credit Expiration

Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used. However, we reserve the right to implement expiration policies with 90 days advance notice.

4. Usage Restrictions

  • Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent material

5. Quality Standards

We provide high-quality audio output in standard formats (MP3, WAV). Quality may vary based on input text complexity, voice model selection, and processing parameters.

5.2 Voice Cloning Quality

Voice cloning quality depends on the source audio quality, length, and clarity. We recommend high-quality recordings for optimal results.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Generated Content Rights

You retain ownership of the text content you input. You receive commercial usage rights for the generated audio files, subject to compliance with our terms of service.

6.2 Voice Model Rights

Speechora retains all rights to the underlying AI voice models and technology. Custom voice clones are for your exclusive use only.

7. Data Processing

7.1 Content Processing

Your text and audio inputs are processed to generate speech. We do not store or retain your content beyond the processing period, except as required for service delivery.
